Ian has been a trainer since 1972 and his Customer Service program was
Nationally Accredited throughout Australia, on behalf of the Australian
Institute of Management in 1996.
International Experience
Ian spent 16 years working and researching in the UK, South Africa and
USA. From 1969 - 1972, he received what was renowned as the world's best
Customer Service and Sales training in the newspaper industry, courtesy
of Thomson Newspapers UK. For the past 11 years, he has been delivering
his programs internationally.
