International Customer Service Experience Ian spent 16 years working and researching in the UK, South Africa and USA. From 1969 – 1972, he received what was renowned as the world’s best Customer Service, Advertising and Sales training in the newspaper industry, courtesy of Thomson Newspapers UK. Since 1994, he has been delivering his programs throughout Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada and the UK.
Nationally Accredited Program Ian has been a trainer since 1972 and his Customer Service program was Nationally Accredited in Australia, by The Australian Institute of Management, in 1996.
Customer Service Clients Ian has delivered his Customer Service Programs to industry groups worldwide, such as Newspapers, Real Estate, Retail/Wholesale and Motor and companies like Yamaha Motorcycle and Marine; The Boral Group of Companies and Energex (Electricity and LPG Gas Divisions).
International Convention Speaker Ian has spoken at National Motor Industry Conventions throughout Australia and was the sole external speaker for the Yamaha Royal Star Motorcycle Launch Convention in Sydney and the Yamaha Marine Convention in Townsville. He has spoken 6 times at NAR (National Association of Realtors), USA – the world’s biggest Real Estate Convention, as well as the Wisconsin and Colorado Realtors Annual Conventions. Plus, keynote speaker at both the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) Annual Convention and Homesale Network Convention (Europe’s biggest).
